- Service Reservation

We have the right, on behalf of the service provider, to reject any order placed by you. The service is subject to availability, therefore, we do not guarantee to assign a specific service provider to each reservation request. CityEx diligently works to find and correct possible errors or omissions that may occur in the reservation platform, amending them as soon as possible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CityEx reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has been made due to any system error in the price and the client will have no responsibility in this regard.
Therefore, your reservation will only be made if you have received in your email our confirmation email with the respective Transport Contract.

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that CityEx is in no way responsible for any loss, expense or claim in case of any problems associated with the service, such as the incorrect processing of your reservation by the provider, errors when making the reservation or delivery of inaccurate and incomplete information provided to us during the reservation process.
- Payment of the Service
When completing the information on the Service, the system will refer you to a Payment System , where the User must enter the payment method they prefer. By doing so, the User confirms that the payment information he provides us, when booking a service, is correct, that the credit or debit card used has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service. You can pay directly to the driver. If you select that option, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct amount, in cash and local currency, unless otherwise stated on your booking voucher. You must make the payment before starting the service. Failure to comply with the provisions, your trip may be canceled, not being the responsibility of the provider or CityEx.
- Private Transportation Contract
The transport contract private is a contract for the provision of transport service between the User and the Proveedor Services selected on our Web site. Therefore, it is the responsibility of these third parties to provide the transport services that are contracted through the Web. In this way, the user exonerates CityEx from any responsibility derived from the transport service provided by the transport providers.

- Reservation Modification or Cancellation Policies .
Any change in your reservation , such as those indicated in the preceding points or a different one, must be sent through the website, in the "My reservation" section, entering the data sent in the confirmation email, or by email aimed directly at us reservas@cityex.cl
You can make changes to your reservation online through our website until 48 hours before collection or arrival time. After this period you should contact the service provider directly by calling the number that appears in the reservation confirmation email.You agree that all modifications are always subject to availability.
The User may cancel their reservation with CityEx online or by email up to 48 hours before pick-up or arrival time. Cancellations will have no cost provided they are made at least 24 hours before the service.
- Provision of the Service
On the day of the service, the driver will wait for you at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the moment the flight arrives. The waiting time at any other point (not airport) will be limited to 10 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. In the unlikely event that the driver cannot be located at the rendezvous point, or if you are delayed through customs, immigration, baggage claim or lost luggage, it will be your responsibility as a passenger (s) to call the emergency number provided in the reservation confirmation email, to contact the driver. If the passenger does not contact the emergency number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport connections, and within an additional 10 minutes considered by non-airport collections, the service will be considered a “no-show ”And therefore you agree to pay the full cost of the reserved service.
It is the responsibility of the user to inform us at the time of booking if he will travel with excess luggage, to ensure that the vehicle is properly equipped. The passenger (s) will be responsible for all expenses incurred for the transport of undeclared, excessive or large luggage that has not been declared at the time of booking.
The distance and travel time provided are always for information only. It is possible that due to construction projects, traffic, road accidents, the weather or other unforeseen events, conditions may arise that vary the actual travel time, being different from the published information, therefore you should plan your trip taking that into consideration .
Neither CityEx nor service providers, we will be responsible for any loss you may suffer due to your inability to give enough time for your trip by not showing up at the established places and times (specifically as missed flights or connections). Likewise, neither CityEx nor the provider will be responsible for delays, changes or cancellation of the service due to force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the service provider, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the route of transfer, police controls, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, etc.
Any liability arising from the provision of the transport service will be the sole responsibility of the service provider and its insurance companies.
- Exclusion of Liability
Without prejudice to what is stated in the preceding clauses, CityEx by way of example, but not limitation, will not be liable for the following circumstances:
i) Of the cancellations made after the deadline by the Users, not being responsible for returning the amounts paid by the Users when they have not complied with the cancellation period provided in the cancellation policy.
ii) Of the delays or errors made by the Users to reach the meeting point. for lack of punctuality and / or for not being at the corresponding meeting point, this includes cases when the information provided by the User about the times and collection point is erroneous or equivocal.
iii) Of the damages of any type that affect the Users or their goods during the journey of the contracted transfer service. This includes material damage, as well as injuries or physical damage due to accidents that the User may suffer during the service.
iv) The loss of any means of transport or interconnection, as a consequence of not having requested the service with the recommended period of advance, this includes meteorological conditions that could occur the day of the service.
v) Of the quality of the service provided by the Suppliers.

10. Amendments to s Terms of Use

- Reservation of rights

The information collected from the payment process will be confidential and for the exclusive use of CityEx , who will not deliver or exchange the personal information provided by the user with third parties, and will take all necessary and prudent measures to safeguard the security of the data provided by the user.
